How It Works
Devicetron allows you to sell your used iPhones, tablets, and other electronic devices ("Equipment") to us. Upon receipt and verification of your Equipment's condition, we will pay you via Zelle, or cash for in-person transactions (payment method depends on transaction amount). If you are under 18, you must obtain your parent's permission to sell Equipment to us.
Price Verification & Revised Offers
Devicetron reserves the right to provide a "Revised Offer" if:
- The device condition does not match your description (e.g., you indicated "Like New" but it shows significant wear)
- You indicated "Damaged" but the device is crushed, bent, or has missing parts
- You sent a different model than indicated
- The device is received more than 14 days after you accepted the original offer
If we provide a Revised Offer: You have 7 calendar days from our email notification to accept or reject it. If you accept, we'll pay the revised amount. If you reject, we'll return your device to your mailing address free of charge (note: chargers, cases, and boxes will not be returned as they are separated and recycled). If you don't respond within 7 days, we'll consider the Revised Offer accepted and issue payment.
Important: If you send a device we don't purchase or in a condition we can't accept, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
