How to Wipe Your Device

CRITICAL: You MUST remove all personal data before selling your device. Follow these step-by-step instructions to protect your privacy.

Devicetron is NOT responsible for removing data from your device. You must completely wipe all personal information, photos, accounts, passwords, and files before sending your device to us. We cannot guarantee that data left on your device will be deleted. By selling to us, you release Devicetron from any liability related to data on your device.
📱 iPhone Data Wipe
STEP 1: Back Up Your Data (Optional)
If you want to keep your photos, contacts, and data:
STEP 2: Sign Out of iCloud
This is CRITICAL to avoid activation lock:
STEP 3: Erase All Content and Settings
STEP 4: Remove SIM Card
✅ How to Verify It Worked:
Your iPhone should show the "Hello" setup screen in multiple languages. This means it's been completely wiped and is ready to sell.
📱 iPad Data Wipe
Follow the exact same steps as iPhone above:
  1. Back up to iCloud (optional)
  2. Sign out of iCloud (Settings → [Your Name] → Sign Out)
  3. Erase all content (Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPad → Erase All Content and Settings)
  4. Remove SIM card if applicable
